Had to return the first unit as defective.
Weight capacity listed as 400 pounds, I do not weigh nearly that much. The base piece is die/cast from white metal, and the first time I used it two of the arms holding the wheels torqued, (bent), out of alignment causing the stool to tip over. There was no problem returning it, a replacement was supplied immediately, and so far, (after 1 week), there are no problems
I would suggest that the company change the base material from die/cast metal, to steel.
UPDATE 06/25/2020
The replacement stool that was sent to me developed the same problem with the arms of the base torquing out of alignment. It was frustrating enough that I didnt even try to have it replaced. I just stuck it in a corner and didnt use it for about six months. I took a large pipe wrench and very slowly and carefully twisted the arms back into position. This has worked for about a month. Now the side plates on the casters have bent, and the stool is impossible to roll without coming to an abrupt stop. Going to order new casters with higher weight capacity and see if that makes it usable.
