I reached out to the seller and they responded in less than 24 hours that they would make things right when they didnt have to due to it being the shippers error. BRAVO TO BETTY!! She was extremely easy to work with and we received our parts two days after our request. Your kiddos will love it and youll have exceptional customer service when you work with Betty! She even followed up to make sure we received everything and that we were happy with the new parts. The kids have played non stop and it only took my husband 4.5 beers to put it together.
