Ok, since I live by reviews I decided I need to do my part and contribute. Came earlier but pieces were missing. Contacted seller responded right away. The exchange in messages were not as simple as I would have liked. It took a few to get the missing pieces sent out to me. They did make it right. Thats the service now the chair I loved right out the box. Its really cute! And its not uncomfortable but if you need back support you will need to buy one it suites me fine and Im over all happy with my purchase! Good!!
