Very easy to assemble! chair looks beautiful, do not want to return but it came without the necessary screws, washers, allen wrench to put it together. Can I have the fasteners sent to me or do I have to return the entire chair?
UPDATE: I found the missing packet of screws, my fault! And I was able to easily assemble the chair by myself. Also, the company responded very quickly to send me the missing pieces, and called me to follow/up with a tracking number. Their representative was very kind and concerned for my satisfaction even after I told her it was my fault in the first place. Definitely will look to them for my next office chair.
