When I first open the box I noticed a pair of white gloves in the very top. It was a black chair I found it slightly humorous but appreciate having them. I have put together many chairs and this one was really no different to assemble. Extra screws and bolts were included, that is a big plus. I love the fact that the base is solid metal, the wheels are big which makes it easier to roll, the headrest is extremely comfortable in the back was very comfortable as well (I almost fell asleep it was so comfy). The chair is very roomy. The only problem I had was the padding on the seat is not thick enough. I am overweight (not grossly, but I am not small either) and there wasnt enough padding to be comfortable for the long hours I work. I loved everything else about this chair.
