I ordered this chair for my new secretary, who is a little smaller in stature, and found all of our other chairs uncomfortable. Their neck rests were too high for her, or leaned too far forward, and the arms of the chair rested too high to be comfortable. This chair has been fantastic. It was adjustable for her needs and allows her to work well in our space. She said this is the best chair that she's had, ever. We've had it now for about three weeks, so it is new, but so far, so good!
