The bed is easy to assemble, it just takes a while. I did it by myself and it took me a little over an hour. I did have to redo the drawers because I misunderstood the pictures, but if you take your time and really study the pictures, its easy. The bed is sturdy and quite beautiful for the price! ts pretty sturdy
