Quality build, stylish. The back is firm, not like other puffy back cushions that lose their shape. Seat foam is firm but relaxes too soon. It was uncomfortable when it bottomed out. SOLUTION: I replaced foam inside the seat cushions with Natural Latex foam from FoamOrder.com. It is expensive but now you have premium, comfortable cushions that will not collapse like cheap foam and will last and last / a highly recommended update for this couch. Im pretty happy now. I also got the matching Ottoman.
