Yes, this is home assembled furniture, but the quality far surpassed my expectations. From the hardware to the pre/drilled holes to the wood frame and the actual seat and back cushions I believe the value exceeds the price paid. I purchased 2 chairs with this loveseat. All three pieces are prefect for my intended use.
