They chair came in two shipment which wasnt moving for a few days but Fed/Ex put a trace on it and it immediately started to travel. The chair is beautiful and everything works very well. Very comfortable. Heat and massage work wonderful also. No complaints. My mother was so very happy and very satisfied with her early Christmas Gift. When a gift pleases the person it is given to, there isnt nothing else left to be said but, Thank you God for looking over us and bringing this to past.
