I updated after being in relation with support service and helping me resolving the issue.
Original message : Love them but the screws doesnt stay fixed and we barely use the chairs and screws keep falling :,(
Now I can tell that :
1. Dont be afraid of using a lot of strength when fixing the screws, the plastic seems cheap and fragile but it handle it correctly.
Otherwise they will fall and you will lose them.
In overall it s a good price/quality choice but pay attention fixing correctly the screws.
