Great customer service and the chairs are just as pictured
I originally ordered the floral printed pattern and when they arrived the legs were missing from the box. The seller responded to my email immediately and offered to send me the legs asap. The pattern was just as pictured and really beautiful but after getting it into my small space it clashed with some of my rugs nearby so I asked if I could exchange them for the grey version and was told to go head and keep the floral chairs missing the legs and the grey version would be sent out right away. Awesome outcome! I gave the floral chairs to my step mom, shes going to order generic legs off the internet and I love the grey version. The fabric is nice, thick high quality velvet and theyre comfortable.
