Shipping was perfect, arrived just as scheduled. Assembly is easy but if you are putting it in an existing frame youll need more than 1 person to lift in place. Before I purchased this, I was concerned if it could handle a 16 hybrid mattress. It can. I was also concerned if it would fit in our existing bed frame. We measured and it fits like a glove. I really didnt know if I would appreciate an adjustable frame, but I really do. Its perfect to watch TV or read. It has 3 programmable buttons that are very convenient. The bed vibrates and I can feel it even through the 16 mattress, but I dont care for it. Its more of a rattle. But I didnt care about this option. It also has USB ports, unfortunately they are inaccessible due to the bed frame. These would be more convenient if they were a little higher up toward the head of the bed. These werent greatly important to me so its not a great loss. The remote is backlit, but it doesnt stay lit except for the moment your pressing a button. So in the dark, its a bit harder to navigate. Overall, Im very pleased with this bed frame. I dont know if Ill ever be able to go back to a stationary bed frame.
