This product is a wooden bed frame / takes the place of the old box springs and metal frames for you bed.
The product itself is great (more about that in a minute), but even better is the customer service. We received the wrong size, but when we called they got all over it and quickly delivered the right size, no questions asked. My theory is, you can tell more about a company by how they handle issues, and this company came through fast and helpful.
And as I said, the product is great. All the parts were there (including a few extra bolts and washers just in case), it was very easy to assemble, fit the mattress perfectly, and looks beautiful with the rest of our furniture.
So I would definitely buy again (already have another one), and can tell you you wont regret buying from these folks.
