Very sturdy. Has not budged a centimeter.
Decided not to use the sticky pads to see if it moved too much first, its fine, we have a heavy enough mattress that it doesnt slide around.
I figured Ill save the sticky parts for when we have a different mattress that may try to move around. Its like one time use stickers haha.
Otherwise, husband assembled alone, fairly quickly, very easy.
Very happy with it, will buy again in the future if I want this low of a bed again ;)
