I think the frame and headboard are too low though. Used with 9 air mattress. I could sit on the bed with my feet flat on the floor. I got out the tools and bought some wood and raised the slats 4 inches higher. I then added a 3 inch mattress topper. After that, I raised the headboard by 10 inches. It looks much better now.
Even though I think its too low, I still rank it 5 stars for its excellent quality
