Ok bed, a lot of room for improvement and no customer service
The packaging was ok. The back of the headboard came torn and there was no reply from customer service . I was in need of bed, so I assembled it instead of returning. The bed looks good once assembled. However the biggest flaw is legs. They are made up of plastic, so if you have wooden floor, you would require anti skid pads.
Customer service doesnt bother to contact. You are on your own!
