The directions are easy enough to follow, but some of the holes aren’t fully drilled so I had to leave a couple of the larger screws out. Haven’t slept on it yet so I’m not sure if it’ll affect the integrity. Also you 100% need a drill to assemble the wooden slats unless you want to be hand-screwing into wood for hours. I didn’t know that before buying, so I had to go buy a drill.
It’s a very pretty bed, (I ordered the pink color, but it’s more mauve) but I wouldn’t buy it again because of the aforementioned. Really made it a pain to put together.
