This chair arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I bought it for my elderly mother with a fractured spine. She is petite and needed a firm chair with supportive arms so she can support herself getting in and out. Typical soft and bulky recliners do not have that type of support. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it does not have a handle to recline it and it may be too difficult, even when my mom recovers, to push herself back in. For now, she's very comfortable in it so it's definitely worth every penny.
