Good product when its built correctly, terrible customer service
I ordered 2 sets of chairs with some time between the orders (~1 month). One set was almost perfect, no issues besides the legs being ever so slightly different lengths so the chairs didnt stand flat on the floor. Not a big deal so I decided to order another set.
During the second time, for whatever reason, wasnt shipping to my location despite having no issues with shipping the first set. I contacted them and they just said it was too expensive to ship to me. That was it, no other options were given to me. The customer support was flippant so I just left it at that. Had they been more helpful, I really wouldnt have minded paying extra for shipping. Less than a week later, I check back and magically, they ship to my location again.
The second set of chairs I ordered had holes in the seat that werent drilled properly for both chairs. It was a proper nightmare to get the long bolt through the seat and into the back of the chair. They were assembled eventually but Ill probably refrain from ordering furniture from in the future.
