I never write reviews but I was so impressed with 's customer service I had to make an exception. The bed is very sturdy and instructions are clear and easy to follow. I assembled the bed on a Saturday and the last part to go together was the under bed drawers. Upon unpacking I found that we were missing a small wooden piece for the base of one drawer. I sent an email at 6:00pm on a Saturday explaining our issue and received a response in less than an hour! said they would immediately let their warehouse know and rush us out the missing piece which we received only 4 days later. Great customer service and a great bed! Buy with confidence!
