This guy sure is firm. But its not horribly uncomfortable. Ive slept on it several times. It is relatively easy for one person to assemble, took me a couple hours but I had trouble holding the pieces up to install them. Would have been much easier with 2 people. It looks good, the cats loveee it！！！. I think it was a good value.
