Box was almost destroyed upon arrival, but somehow the couch inside was unscathed. It took me about an hour and 40 minutes to assemble. Not too difficult, but a real half inch ratchet and a set of long u.s. made Allen wrenches makes the job infinitely easier. I am a short guy, about five five and I likeee the height of the seat but it is on the low side. With a couple throw cushions its quite comfortable to sit on. It has pop out legs in the back so when the rear is folded down to turn into a bed it has support and that seems to work well. Im laying on it right now and its fairly comfortable. All in all I would buy again. Does not smell likeee plastic and looks good. Shoes and dog feet will probably damage it but at this price if it lasts a few years its still worth it. It is not a super soft cushy kind of bed it is fairly firm but that doesnt bother me. Im about 150 lb. Ive only had it about 24 hours, so well see how it holds up.
