Our cats love the scratch posts and the top perch. Its a great height so our cats can see us in the kitchen (sitting on perch, they can see over the bar).
The only bad thing is the cubby holes are really small. Kittens or a small adult would fit inside.
ButI will say, our cats seldom go inside the larger cubbies on the other cat tree, since they prefer being out where they can see and visit with everyone.
Everyone has different cat needs, so, maybe your cats would use the cubbies more.
Anyway, I would say, I think its a great tree, but if I was designing it, the cubbies would be bigger!
