First of all let me warn you this bed requires assembly. Take your time. Follow instructions closely and you wont have any problems. The packaging was excellent, protecting the contents. No missing pieces. Its a great bed for the price. I also purchased a 10 memory foam mattress for the twin bed. Perfect fit. I love it.
