Took about 10 minutes from delivery to comfort. Comes in two boxes, all of the parts are wrapped for protection during shipping, so what took the most time (which was very little) was unwrapping the parts. It requires ZERO tools to put together! Everything literally just slides into place! Follow the instructions (or not if youre into puzzles like me, haha!) and within minutes youre sitting in your new comfortable chair. The heat and massage features are a bonus for sure, but even if they werent, Id still love this chair!
