Overall the product looks nice but they can do a lot better. Parts labeling was horrendous, some parts weren’t label so it was a guessing game and the ones that were labeled was often faded or hard to read. Many parts were scratched and chipped but overall the bed looks nice after all the headache of assembling minus the scratches and chipped wood. I would have returned it but it would be too much work to repackage and I already had someone scheduled to assemble.
