We went for the brown leather version and it looks so classy in our space. As far as comfort, I would give it a 3/5 and it is true that it does look a little worn after sitting on it but its not that bad as my family and I are average weight. Not sure how long it will last but if you treat it with some respect (lol) it may be worth it.
