We love our couch. We actually bought two. Customer service reached out to make sure that we intended to buy two before shipping and then sent us shipping info and follow up after. You don't get that kind of customer service even from a furniture store. I'd know if worked at one. The couches are nice and were pretty easy to install. We've gotten tons of compliments.
