I want to love this chair. I found it comfortable. Its gorgeous. It was easy to assemble and arrived right on time.
Unfortunately, I need the chair to be at its tallest height. I raise it up, sit and it slowly sinks to the lowest position, which makes me feel like Im sitting on the floor. I raise it again. I sink. Sometimes I can sit for an hour or two with no problem. Other times, I sink right away. Its maddening / especially when Im on camera on a call and slowly sink lower and lower as I speak.
Its too big and unwieldy to send back but I cant use it like this. Very disappointed.
Would have been great / but I just keep sinking
