True, they do spy on everything outside, but more important, they act like this is a throne and they are finally enthroned as King.
Chuck loves his and he spends more time up there watching us. This is approximately 4' high so he can look snooty and pretentious all he wants. He also gives us pitiful looks when we watch TV. We ARE his TV. Lily sits on hers and grooms herself. Then when done she just stares like why don't we have towers as well?
