Honestly, I was concerned about this purchase after reading reviews and seeing pictures. Very nice looking set for the price! Looks great on my balcony. Pretty intuitive design. No tools needed. While the 2 legs slide into the chair, the two other pieces are a bit challenging because of the tight fit and rigidity of the plastic. Advice: Switch step 2 and 3 and flex the 3rd piece a bit bringing in the ends especially to make a bit more flexible. When I put the bottom piece (3) in before the back (2), I heard the click when I pressed the back down onto the bottom support and it was an easier slide. As for the packaging issue from 2017 reviews causing broken pieces, I had no issue with that and found the pieces to be well packed and padded with side guards. Only reason did not give 5-stars is because of directions and difficulty in fitting pieces together for the advised click.
