This is a great product, we are very impressed with the quality. My kids absolutely love this trampoline and we would definitely do business with again.
When we opened the trampoline we realized we were missing two t/connectors. I emailed customer service, on a Sunday, and Carla replied in a matter of minutes and we came to a quick resolution.
Our only issue was the instruction booklet was lacking in a couple of areas, ie. how to assemble the netting and stabilizing straps. Overall, we had a great experience!
