This is a very sturdy trampoline and was fairly easy to assemble / definitely a 2/person job. It is sturdy enough to be used indoors, as well as outdoors, without anchors. We purchased this for our granddaughters 4th birthday and one piece as inadvertently missing from the box. Carla from s customer service department contacted me within a couple of hours after I sent off an email on a Sunday afternoon describing out dilemma! She was AMING! The missing part was sent out immediately and the beloved trampoline was assembled and has been used nonstop by a very happy 4/year/old! Carla kept in contact with me throughout the shipping process and followed up to make sure the part had been received and everything was satisfactory. I will definitely purchase products again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product in particular! Thank you and a HUGE THANK YOU to Carla!!
