I ordered the trampoline for my kid birthday. The product arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately the box was ripped and the spring box was ripped, so we must of lost a couple of the springs during delivery.
When I contacted customer service and told them the situation, they were courteous, helpful and fast to respond. They sent me out the parts I needed with 2 day delivery. I was able to have it together for my daughters birthday.
The instructions were clear and even the video is awesome. It was easy to assemble. The finished product is sturdy. I like the design of this product, and the safety net posts curve out, creating a gap between the net and post.
I would definitely recommend this product and company.
