The package came extremely organized and even included basic tools! The paper and video instructions are very helpful. I found the video easier to understand with the visuals. Although, important to note / put the spring cover on before tying the screen!! Everything sturdy so far. Put it up myself with a little help from my 9 year old, and took us about 2.5 hours. We opted for the 10 foot and its roomy for 9 and 2 year old to jump safely together. The bottom legs did have scratches on them probably from assembly and not super noticeable. Their customer service responded immediately to questions (on a Saturday) and were very helpful and friendly. So happy after all our research, we chose !
