My husbnad and I were able to assemble in about 2 hours. We did have a hole in our jumping matt upon opening the box. I contacted the company email provided in the shipment box, and they got back to me and shipped out a new one right away. My toddler LOVES this trampoline and plays on it multiple times a day! Great product and great customer service! Very pleased!
