I ordered the 8 ft. with Prime and it arrived in less than 24 hours! We now have two very happy kids who have needed to get their extra energy out from months of distance learning. This is doing the trick. Havent needed the customer support yet for defects, but the manual states it has a three year warranty and the company will send replacement parts within that time frame.
