We bought this for our 8 year old. It was not too difficult to put together and she loves it. She spends all her free time on it. We probably could have got the bigger one but we were worried about our smaller yard. I do think it could blow away pretty easily in a storm we had some very large rocks we were able to hold it down with but it is very light and easy to move. Definitely recommend.
