My husband, our two cats, and I have had this couch for a little over two years now. Between the two of us we weigh a little over 300 lbs and it's supported that and more over the time we've had it. Still looks as pictured and I put it together in about 30 min.
As a couch, it's a firm(cushions soften a little over time) but comfortable enough place to sit, lounge, and take the occasional nap on. Recommend adding pillows for comfort.
As a fouton, it's very useful for overnight guests, lazy days/tv binging, and an extra place to sleep.
However, you can feel the wood in the middle, so it's best to sleep on either side.
Pros: Affordable, easy assembly, as pictured, vintage, practical, can fit small spaces, pet friendly
Cons: Arm rests are a little wobbly (why I gave it 4 stars), can be uncomfortable to lay on (middle section of fouton), stains don't come off easily(you really have to scrub)
Overall, great piece of furniture for first couch, small spaces, guests/guest room, small families, and if you move a lot(easy to take apart/put back together)
