I bought this couch and I put it together alone, which wasnt easy to do alone but I managed, but highly suggest having someone do it with you.
As Im putting the legs in, one leg would not screw in… The holes did not match up, I tried and I tried and I kept trying and it just wasnt working. So I just put the leg in and then set it on the floor and its fine, however if you move the couch by lifting it the Leg will fall out.
I emailed customer support to ask for a new leg, they got back to me asking for information they needed before they could do so, I provided them with all the information they needed and now I havent heard back from them. Seems annoying. Maybe they will get back to me still but its been 4 days.
I guess I can get wood glue.
This couch/sofa/futon Isnt the most comfortable… Its not a couch that Im actually using for daily use, its more of a sitting couch thats in a area when I have company… So its fine for that but if you want to use it as a daily couch its not the most comfortable
