So far this bed has been great! My kids (5 7) have been using it for 2 months now. It seems pretty sturdy for having thin boards. Its not as tall as most bunk beds either which makes it easy to give good night hugs and kisses to the kid on top since Im 52. The top bunk supports an adult just fine as well.
