Way exceeds my expectations! Its actually very comfortable.
I really like the arm feature as helps when getting up and out, and like the arm support in general. This chair has handy features re fold out ability and the pillow is very handy, it offers very decent low back support while sitting.
It is a little confusing at first, you just push the back into a chair position, but cant figure out how to adjust it. Fold it back down and push the handles flat. Now lay it flat and then click it up to the desired position!
