i have no complaints about this sofa. it arrived quickly and without incident. it assembled easily. it came with an assembly tool, though i suggest you bring your own for ease, comfort, and faster assembly. it replaced an old, conventional sofa in my living room, and, even though it is larger than the old sofa, it seems to make the room more open. it is comfortable and has more room for lounging or having friends over. Nice for the price.
