You will need pennies, screw drivers, and pliers, in addition to the tools provided in order to put together the couch. Note and recommendations to future and current buyers
1. The pegs do not always go into the pre/drilled holes. Try unscrewing and putting pennies (then retightening) in under the washers in order to correct this.
2. The hooks that attach the main part of the couch to the chaise were attached incorrectly on my couch, meaning that one side was way higher than the other. If you switch the direction of one (have to unscrew and re/attach), you will be able to correctly attach it. Also, if you try putting books under the legs of one side, it makes it easer to get the hooks in.
3. You might have to consider buying something to keep the bottom cushions in place.
After A LOT of extra work, I was able to get the couch together and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE COUCH. Would have given five stars if it didnt take extra work to assemble. very sturdy and stylish
Love, but a lot of handy work to assemble
