Im just getting familiar with this unit. Little disappointed as I feel kind of lost when trying to make lattes. There are directions included however there are always questions that come up which you cant find in the directions so your left to experimenting. Also the espresso is not hot enough along with the milk frother not frothing enough. I have to put my espresso in the microwave while frothing the milk or soy. It should be a little more thorough. Otherwise its not bad for a beginner. Do plan on getting a more upgraded unit.
