    Very beautiful! Didnt realize it was velvet either!

    Took about 3 hours to set up (with a few short breaks) but it was easy to follow the instructions. Very sturdy too and lower to the ground when you put just a mattress on it without a box spring. Very beautiful! I would buy again!
