Sturdy and comfortable, adjust to the different style and build
I have always wanted a papasan chair, and I finally got one! Im redoing my bedroom, and this chair is the perfect addition. Assembling the chair took a bit of time and muscle; but that was expected, considering the function, and wanting a sturdy piece of furniture.
I was able to put the chair together by myself; and I took my time with the bolts, making sure they were flush with the chair.
The first time I sat down in it, I could feel the frame cage through the cushions; but that made sense to me, given what the chair is made of. After I sat in it a couple of times, I was able to adjust to the different style of it, and now it is my go/to piece, in my bedroom. In fact, the first time my roommate sat in it, he fell asleep in it, lol!
I also found that putting a throw over it, makes it extra snuggly. I have the chair facing my tv, next to my bed, and Im now watching tv in this chair, comfortably.
Overall, this chair is sturdy and comfortable; you just need to be aware of the STYLE of the chair, i.e.: the frame and the cage, and adjust accordingly. The cushion is well made, and fits in the frame well. Well worth the money.
