Starting to break after a mere three months of use
I was very hesitant to buy this bed given the many negative reviews and should have listened to my instincts. If you want a sturdy bed that wont fall apart / dont buy this bed!
After about three months of use I see the first issue: one of the drawers is falling apart, even though I open/close it only once a week for a change of sheets.
I reached out to via email to see if they will replace.
***Update: so this has taken an interesting turn. responded and advised that my bed was a return from s warehouse and therefore not under warranty. At no time did indicate this when I ordered it / in my view this should have been clearly stated! I would advise everyone to be wary buying this bed on .
BUT: kudos to : they offered to replace the front drawer anyways! So excellent customer service from (not so much from though)! Now Im hoping that nothing else breaks. Good find!!
