One of the wheels is in 5 broken pieces Looks like Ill be sitting on the floor in my office until I can order a new chair. This chair is adorable but not being able to use it just made this an expensive let down.
EDIT: I reached out to the seller and they sent me new wheels at no charge! So happy!
